As we are about to enter the year of Wood Dragon, it feels natural to learn more about it. 

So what is its symbolism?

The dragon is also a symbol of good luck in many cultures. If you have this spirit animal, those good things come quickly to you. The dragon symbolizes power, change, and spirituality, and it also symbolizes good luck, fortune, and prosperity. In oriental cultures, the dragon is a protector and is often associated with royalty. The dragon spirit animal can also symbolize self-love and empowerment. Dragons are well known creatures for its intelligence, super powerful strength and resilience to outside world. If you embody Dragon’s characteristics, you can overcome any obstacle in your life.

For better visualization results have a dragon sculpture or anything that represents the powerful and outstanding energy of this creature.

Raise your frequency: I like to envision an elevator inside a crystal mountain. As it goes up to the12th floor, your consciousness is changing, clearing from any negative energy debris. 
Now your are on the highest floor and stepping into the light. Know that your dragon is out there waiting for you to call onto it. But it’s nameless until you find the right combination of sounds that feel right. Name it.  
Once you have a dragon’s name you may summon it and thank it for being here for you, sharing it’s energy with you. It has adopted you as its human, and is ready to be of service! 

It’s your familiar, your energy protector and your guide. He is not tamed by you, he is simply there on free will basis, ready to help out with your spiritual growth.
