QUICK AND EFFECTIVE WORKOUT FOR EVERY DAY
Hello, everyone!
Not many of you know that after having my baby I got into crazy workout routines, and that my all-time favorite is and always be T25 by Sean T.
But on Fiverr I have this gig where I am offering to model workout clothes or to record a workout routine.
And this one - is a recent order that I wanted to share with you, that I think is just as effective as T25, and can be done in under 15-20 min.
For the best effect it's better to do 15-20 reps of 2-3 sets for each exercise.
